Glow Festival 2026 Brings Asia's Largest Wellness Festival to Sentosa With Real Concert Headliners
Glow Festival by Prudential returns for its fifth edition from 10 to 19 July 2026, and this year the move from Marina Bay Sands to Sentosa changes everything. What was a wellness gathering has grown into a 10-day island-wide programme with 70-plus sessions, and the weekend of 17 to 19 July turns Palawan Green into a proper music festival with Jason Derulo, Hyukoh and Alessia Cara headlining three consecutive nights. If you have written Glow off as a yoga-and-smoothie event, the 2026 lineup asks you to think again.
The festival marks the start of a new three-year partnership between Sentosa Development Corporation, the Singapore Tourism Board, Prudential Singapore and Exceed Sports and Entertainment. The stated ambition is to grow Glow into a defining global wellness event for Singapore, and the scale of this edition backs that up.
Why Sentosa, and Why Palawan Green
Wellness activities are spread across the island throughout the 10 days, with resort partners including Raffles Sentosa, Sofitel, Amara Sanctuary, W Singapore Sentosa Cove and Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa hosting yoga, spa treatments and poolside workouts. The main action, though, happens at the Festival Grounds on Palawan Green from 17 to 19 July, where six immersive zones cluster around the signature Cupola Stage.
The Cupola is a 2,000 sqm covered space with the overhead canopy first introduced in 2019. By day it hosts large-scale group workouts led by global fitness names. By night it becomes the main concert stage. The surrounding five zones each serve a different function.
- Flow Studios — yoga, pilates, barre, mobility and functional fitness classes
- Mind Oasis — guided meditation, breathwork and talks on stress, sleep and sustainable wellbeing
- Makers Meadow — hands-on craft workshops and creative sessions
- Recharge Bay — ice baths, guided stretching and muscle recovery treatments
- Glow Commons — food vendors including Blue Smoke with Bobby Supatra, Dearborn, Korio and Acai Collective
The Daytime Fitness Headliners
Three internationally known fitness personalities anchor the wellness programme. Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, brings his high-energy HIIT sessions. Chontel Duncan leads strength-focused work centred on performance and empowerment. Emi Wong, one of Asia's biggest digital fitness creators, rounds out the trio with approachable routines that have earned her millions of followers.
Beyond the headliners, the 70-plus sessions cover sunrise yoga, seafront runs, pilates, barre, mobility training, functional fitness, breathwork, guided meditation and recovery classes. The programme is built to be inclusive, with options from beginner to seasoned practitioner.
Three Nights of Real Music
This is where Glow 2026 separates itself from earlier editions. The evening programme is no longer a warm-down set. Friday 17 July brings multi-platinum pop star Jason Derulo, whose hits include Talk Dirty, Savage Love and Whatcha Say. Saturday 18 July hands the stage to Hyukoh, the Korean indie band whose musicianship and international following have made them festival favourites across the region. Sunday 19 July closes with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Alessia Cara, known for Scars to Your Beautiful, Here and Stay.
The supporting lineup adds depth rather than filler. BadBadNotGood, Phum Viphurit, Shye, Sobs, Daya, Shazza, Oake and Layyi are all on the bill across the weekend.
Getting There via HarbourFront
The simplest route is HarbourFront MRT (NE1/CC29), which connects directly to VivoCity on Level 1. From VivoCity, take the Sentosa Express monorail to Beach Station, which puts you a short walk from Palawan Green. The monorail runs late on concert nights, but expect queues after the headline sets finish. If you are staying on Sentosa, the in-island bus network connects the resort partners to Palawan Green throughout the festival.
