Classic hawker stall hand-making bouncy fish balls and serving them with minced meat noodles in savoury sauce.
Chinatown Fish Ball Noodle Minced Meat Noodle is the kind of hawker stall that keeps traditional skills alive, hand-making fish balls with the springy, snappy bite that factory-produced versions cannot match. The stall serves its fish balls in a clear, comforting broth alongside springy noodles or with a minced meat noodle option that layers savoury sauce, pork, and mushrooms over a perfectly tossed bowl. Both preparations are grounded in the old Chinatown hawker tradition of simple, skillful cooking. The fish ball soup comes with a handful of bouncy spheres in a lightly seasoned broth, while the minced meat noodle features a darker, more savoury profile with chilli and vinegar on the side for customisation.
The stall opens early and closes when the batch runs out, a sign that freshness governs the daily operation rather than fixed hours. Drop by for a taste of hand-crafted fish balls that still carry that authentic bounce. It is unassuming hawker craft at its most dependable.

Friendly sellers but the prawn noodles was not good.

Best thing about it is the size of the prawns. Otherwise, the noodle is overcooked, the taste has nothing special and the soup is just decent.
