Old-school lor mee at Redhill Food Centre — thick starchy gravy over noodles with classic fried toppings.
Fu He Traditional Lor Mee at Redhill Food Centre is a stall dedicated to the old-school Hokkien dish of lor mee — yellow noodles bathed in a thick, starchy braised gravy and topped with an array of fried ingredients. The stall stays true to the traditional preparation, with a gravy that is deeply savoury and viscous, clinging to every strand of noodle. It is the kind of unapologetically heavy, satisfying dish that lor mee purists appreciate.Operating hours not available

Saw this new stall and decided to try it partly due to the whole fish display. I love my lor mee with lots of fish pieces. Turned out the owner shredded the fish into bits not pieces or chunks like other stalls. Pity. Gravy was that tasty and my $7 (with added ingredients) was more noodles than ingredients.
