The fried sotong prawn Mee (Hokkien Mee) had the perfect amount of “wetness” and the flavors were concentrated. You can taste the stock and it was nicely infused into the noodles. This was the $6 portion which was good value. Some of the prawns had the tails attached which was fine, good amount of fish cake and sotong.
