6 Mar 2023, 2+pm Service impeccable. The lovely girl taking the order was kind, understanding and totally customer centered. All her replies were sincere, warm and friendly. Truly A++++. Such a breath of fresh air in the current climate of mostly lousy service

Very slow in prep the thing. The casher girl Jia Hui took 6min to do 1 drink, by dropping things here and there then she stopped and went to clean while the queue is damn long.

My fav taro balls & dessert šš«¶š» not a bean lover so ordered beancurd + grass jelly + 2 servings of taro balls! not too many balls though, felt like 1 serving : ( ā¦

Awesome yummy dessert as their ingredients are always fresh and less sweet. Staffs are friendly and courteous.

Dessert definitely is nice to have but the staff packing speed really really slow like hellā¦ can management to do something for the training for staff speed? Based on the condition long queue, suppose to clear the customer waiting but staff is doing the washing plateā¦.. time on 730-740pm.
