Noordima Malay Food Stall is a Malay food stall at Telok Blangah Crescent Market, serving up nasi padang and traditional Malay dishes that speak of home and heritage. With an array of curries, rendang, sambal, and vegetable sides displayed temptingly, diners pick and choose to create their perfect plate. The gravies are rich and aromatic, the meats tender, and the sambal packs a genuine chilli kick that Malay food lovers appreciate. The stall is particularly popular during lunchtime, when the aroma of freshly cooked curries draws hungry diners from across the hawker centre. Each dish is prepared using time-honoured recipes, with the kind of depth and complexity that comes only from patient, slow cooking. Prices are gentle on the wallet, and the portions are hearty enough to satisfy any appetite.
For an authentic taste of Malay home cooking in a classic hawker setting, Noordima is a trusted neighbourhood gem. It is the sort of stall that makes you feel like you are eating at a relative's kitchen — warm, generous, and deeply satisfying.

Nasi lemak w fish ($3.50). Rice lacked aroma. Sambal chilli was very sweet, not spicy. Fried ikan kuning could have been cooked longer. Quite an untidy-looking stall & kitchen

The beef rendang here is excellent. They use beef brisket that is cooked to fork tender. SEDAP! Affordable too!

Since 1985! Traditional food to my liking.

I tried the Bee Hoon Soto ($3.50). The soto soup is quite light in taste and thus, is quite enjoyable. The chicken in the soto is quite aplenty.
