Bukit Merah View stall crafting handmade yong tau foo with fresh fish paste fillings and a clear, flavourful broth.
Red Sea Homemade Yong Tau Foo at Bukit Merah View Hawker Centre takes pride in its handmade approach to the beloved Hakka dish. Each piece of yong tau foo, from stuffed tofu to stuffed bitter gourd and chilli, is filled with a fresh, bouncy fish paste made in-house daily, ensuring a quality that mass-produced versions simply cannot match.Diners pick their preferred pieces from the display, which are then briefly cooked and served either dry with a savoury sauce or in a clear, sweet broth. The accompanying sweet bean sauce and chilli provide extra dimensions of flavour, while the option to add noodles or rice makes it a complete meal.
Red Sea is a standout yong tau foo stall at Bukit Merah View, where the handmade difference is evident in every bite. It is craftsmanship you can taste.

Very good Yong Tau Foo. The egg noodles were well balanced. Nice gravy and chilli. The soup was good too . Ingredients overall were fresh except for an isolated item - so keep your eyes peeled. Highly recommended - expected wait time is approximately 20 minutes.
