Serves a generous portion with fresh ingredients — springy noodles, tender minced pork, and tasty fishballs. However, the vinegar was a tad overpowering and masked the balance of flavours that typically define a great bowl of bak chor mee. Still, it’s a satisfying option for those who enjoy a sharper, tangier profile.
