Fico opened its second Singapore restaurant at Tanjong Beach Club on 28 September 2026. Chef-partner Mirko Febbrile and The Lo & Behold Group have moved the Puglian kitchen from East Coast Park onto Sentosa sand, with a two-metre charcoal barbecue dome as the new centre of gravity.
The East Coast original opened in 2023 and picked up a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2024. That room is still open. This one is not a clone. The official Fico page at Tanjong Beach Club talks about cucina povera, seasonal ingredients and long lunches that run into golden hour. City Nomads, writing after opening, puts the room at about 130 seats opening onto a poolside terrace, with a separate beach menu that can go out to the daybeds.
Trust the club's published hours over older press notes. Tanjong Beach Club lists Monday to Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 9pm, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 9am to 9pm. Reservations go through +65 9750 5323 or fico@tanjongbeachclub.com. Prices on the food menu are subject to GST and service charge.
Start with focaccina, then the dome
Febbrile's note on the menu is practical: begin with aperitivo, then warm focaccina from the oven, then the day's catch and the barbecue dome if you are in a group. The 8-inch focaccina is described as an 80 percent semola dough. Two versions are listed. San Marzano tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella, basil and extra virgin olive oil is $26. Pesto and mortadella with stracciatella and pistachios is $25, the Sentosa-only combination City Nomads flagged after opening.
Aperitivo plates stay small. Olives with thyme and orange are $8. Taralli with rosemary, onions and burnt wheat are $8. Half a plate of 24-month prosciutto is $12, full $20. Burrata di Puglia with San Marzano tomatoes, oregano and basil is $24. Tuna tartare with sun-dried tomatoes and trout roe is $26. Fritto misto of fried calamari, prawns and snapper with yoghurt dip is $28. Cardoncelli mushrooms with pecorino, garlic and parsley are $22. Eggplant parmigiana with fior di latte and Parmigiano Reggiano is $30. Field greens and radicchio with walnuts, pomegranate, Castelmagno and grapes are $22. Normandie oysters are $48 for a half dozen and $90 for a dozen, with shallot mignonette.
The barbecue dome is the Sentosa change. Charcoal-grilled octopus with oregano gremolata, peasant sauce, olives and capers is $38. Catch of the day is a whole dry-aged fish with Italian herbs at $42. Barbecued cauliflower with saffron aioli and hazelnuts is $26. Grilled spring chicken thigh with beets, fennel and date dressing is $39. The seafood platter of grilled squid, scallops, octopus, prawns and lobster is $108 half and $198 full. Beef costata, a 1.3kg grass-fed bone-in ribeye, is $188 and serves four to five.
Pasta from Apulian grain, desserts that stay Italian
Pasta is kneaded daily from Apulian grains. Linguine with vongole, parsley and Vermentino IGP is $34. Tagliatelle with baked tomatoes, basil and smoked stracciatella is $28. Paccheri for two is $42, with heritage tomatoes, clams, squid and prawns, plus $38 for half lobster. Pappardelle with a ragu of beef, pork and lamb and parmigiano is $32.
Kids' dishes, for ages 11 and below, are grilled corn with seaweed mayo at $12, tagliatelle salsa al pomodoro at $16, and Fico's fish and chips with snapper, Sila potatoes and yoghurt at $24.
Desserts sit at $18 for tiramisu, hazelnut bignè with Nutella and Caraibe 66 percent chocolate, and coconut panna cotta with vanilla, pineapple, mango and chilli. Artisanal gelato is $12, with Bronte pistachio, bacio, Amalfi lemon sorbet or fior di latte. Affogato is $14.
The beverage list leans Italian producers and house drinks built from kitchen trim. Cocktails on the current card include Berry Spritzed at $25, espresso martini at $25, peach and mint julep at $25, Sicilian Grove at $25, Garibaldi at $24, and pina colada at $28. Wine by the glass runs from about $20 for Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay to $28 for Veuve Clicquot. Soft options include young coconut at $12 and housemade ice lemon tea at $10. The kitchen is not halal-certified. The club can keep pork and lard off selected dishes if you ask ahead.
Tanjong Beach Club is at 120 Tanjong Beach Walk. From HarbourFront MRT, take the Sentosa Express from VivoCity Level 3 to Beach Station, then the beach tram to Tanjong Beach. The walk from that stop is under five minutes. A public car park sits about 30 metres from the entrance. Sentosa still charges a gantry fee for cars and taxis. The club is cashless.
