Kott-Don 360 Brings Premium Hanwoo Beef and 360-Hour Wet-Aged Korean BBQ to VivoCity

Korean BBQ fans now have a premium destination at HarbourFront. Kott-Don 360, the brand behind the popular Flower Pig 360 in Tanjong Pagar, has opened its second outlet at VivoCity, bringing wet-aged meats and exclusive Hanwoo beef dishes to the mall scene. The VivoCity outlet is the brand's first mall-based location, and it sits one floor above Torikizoku, giving the HarbourFront boardwalk a genuine Korean dining block.

360 Hours of Wet-Ageing

Every cut of meat at Kott-Don 360 undergoes a 360-hour wet-ageing process, designed to maximise tenderness and flavour. The brand's signature flower-cut technique is scored into the meat for more even grilling, hence the "360" in the name. The wet-ageing process breaks down the muscle fibres over the 15-day window, which is the same technique used by premium Korean BBQ chains in Seoul's Gangnam district, and it is one of the few Korean BBQ operators in Singapore that runs the process in-house rather than sourcing pre-aged cuts.

Premium Meats

The menu is built around four headline cuts, with the Hanwoo beef set the VivoCity exclusive and the most expensive item on the menu.

  • Hanwoo Beef Set (VivoCity exclusive, SGD 268++ for 450g): Served with Hanwoo Ssam Bap. Hanwoo is Korea's premium native cattle, prized for its marbling and depth of flavour. The 450g portion feeds two diners comfortably, and the set includes lettuce wraps, ssamjang, garlic and banchan.
  • Duroc Black Pork (from SGD 38++ per cut): Known for superior tenderness and juiciness, with a fat content that renders well on a charcoal grill.
  • Jeju Black Pork (from SGD 42++ per cut): A rare breed from Jeju Island, with a deeper flavour profile than the Duroc.
  • Kott-Don Sets (from SGD 75.90++ for two): A more accessible entry point, with a mix of pork cuts and a shared seafood pancake.

Beyond the Grill

The Beef Tartare Bibimbap (SGD 31++) is worth ordering even if you are not in the mood for barbecue. The tartare is hand-cut, mixed with Korean pear, raw egg yolk and sesame oil, and served over rice in a hot stone bowl so the bottom layer crisps up while you mix. Other non-BBQ orders worth adding include the seafood pancake (SGD 22++, generously loaded with prawns and squid) and the kimchi jjigae (SGD 18++, a hearty stew that works well as a shared side).

The Ambience

The restaurant has an iconic cave-inspired entrance carved out of dark stone, a deliberate nod to traditional Korean cave-aging cellars. Inside, the space draws on traditional Korean Hanok architecture, complete with wooden fixtures, paper lanterns and soft ambient lighting, a dramatic setting for a meal. The booths are partitioned with wooden lattice screens, giving each table a sense of privacy that is rare in mall-based Korean BBQ outlets. The vents are built into each booth, so the smoke never drifts across the room, and the staff handle the grilling at the table so diners do not have to manage the fire themselves.

Why the VivoCity Outlet Matters

The Tanjong Pagar original has been a destination for serious K-BBQ fans since it opened, but the location limits it to the CBD dinner crowd. The VivoCity outlet brings the same wet-aged program and the Hanwoo beef exclusive to the south-side and Sentosa-bound crowd, and the second-floor location gives it a boardwalk view that the Tanjong Pagar shophouse cannot match. The VivoCity outlet is also the only place outside Tanjong Pagar where you can get the Hanwoo Beef Set, which is imported in limited quantities and is not on the menu of any other Korean BBQ operator in Singapore.

If you are planning a visit, the dinner slot between 6pm and 8pm is the busiest. The Hanwoo Beef Set requires a 30-minute lead time because it is grilled at a lower temperature than the pork cuts, so put the order in as soon as you sit down. The cave-inspired entrance is hard to miss on the second floor of VivoCity, and the staff will guide you through the meat selection if you are unsure which cut to start with. Parking in VivoCity is tight on weekends, so arrive by MRT if you can, HarbourFront station is directly below the mall.
